Adolescent DBT Programs

The DBT Programs treat teens with a variety of diagnoses including anxiety, depression, OCD, BPD, self-harm/impulse disorders, and eating disorders.  Our Adolescent DBT Program for 8th-12th graders teaches the full set of DBT Skills, reinforcing them throughout the week. Adolescents in our DBT program must be in weekly individual therapy (at The Koch Center or with their own outside therapist).
